- The house is for rent for a maximum of 2 people. Children under 2 are welcome and a travel cot is available on request. Pets are also very welcome too. Please keep in mind that this is a town house with two flights of stairs. There is a stair gate on the first-floor stairs and a door leading to the stairs going up to the third floor.
- The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
- At least two days’ notice would be preferable, but please feel free to contact me if your requirement falls outside of this time scale.
- A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, I will confirm your booking on receipt of the payment reaching my account. The remaining 75% is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Again, I will confirm when this payment is received. If your booking is within 6 weeks of the start date, full payment will be required on booking and the booking is confirmed once the funds have been received in my account.
- The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, beach towels and tea towels.
- I ask that you make me aware of any damage or breakages that occur during your stay. Please replace any minor breakages. i.e. glasses or mugs etc.
- If you need cancel, you will receive a voucher for the amount already paid up to 14 days before arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, you will not receive a voucher or refund.
- Arrival is after 3pm.
- Departure no later than 11am, unless a late check-out has been agreed prior to your stay.
- There is WIFI at the property with connection details displayed inside the house.
